“Back to Basics”

The world of self-help and healing is overwhelming. We often don’t know where to start, so we either try everything or do nothing! This course will introduce a framework for viewing your struggles, your desires and how to embrace both of those. Whether you want help with relationships, dropping bad habits or moving towards a more fulfilling life, we must address key components in the right order! In a simple, straightforward way, participants will learn about the following:

-Understanding the role your Nervous System plays, how to move through dysregulation and begin to feel safe in your body and environment

-Using emotions, even anxiety or sadness as information for making aligned decisions

-How to actually do mindset work without masking it as blind positivity

-How to make simple daily shifts to achieve regulation and a greater capacity for being with uncomfortable things

-Somatic (body) practices to increase your mind/heart connection and develop self-trust

-Personalized action steps to help you move from the “freeze” state, beyond avoidance toward JOY and connection

Receive support and learn how to navigate your own personal process of growth. This is more than an educational course! It is live coaching, accountability and connection with personal outcomes. Small group sizes allow you to be seen, heard and included. You will feel an increased capacity to be with any emotion, to navigate change, let go of limiting beliefs and move from survival to CHOICE.
